Personal information collected on behalf of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (“BCLC”), in our role as a casino services provider, is governed by British Columbia’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (“FIPPA”). The personal information of non-casino guests and our employees is governed by British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”).

Casino Vancouver collects personal information for the purpose of managing and operating the casino and amenities including food and beverage offerings, and entertainment offerings at our theatre. This may include the collection of personal information for age verification, marketing, insurance, security or other legal purposes.

When you send us electronic mail, we collect your email address and the contents of your email so that we may reply to you. For security reasons, we recommend that sensitive personal information not be sent by e-mail. When you sign up for any promotional programs offered by Casino Vancouver, we collect your email address to provide you with information about offers or promotions that may be of interest to you.

Use

Casino Vancouver only uses the personal information collected from you for the purpose that it was collected or a use consistent with that purpose.

Disclosure
